Hi there!
I am Jazmyn Gonzalez, my formal education is in engineering but I worked as a graphic designer throughout undergrad and I am currently a freelance visual designer. I have recently completed a Google UX bootcamp where I immersed myself in the user design process and developed several projects from conception to delivery. .
From living within the space of engineering and art I thrive in highly collaborative multidisciplinary spaces or on my own. I am able to walk the fine line of usability and aesthetic. I also have a hunger to learn new UX techniques in order to keep my designs sharp.
I love the testing and iteration process because I want users to feel empowered through my products. I love a challenge so the testing and iteration allows me to flex my problem solving and creativity muscles.
I am interested UX and UI positions because it will allow me to leverage my mind for math and heart for design to develop accessible and visual stories.
